We’re seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts & Finance Assistant to take ownership of key financial functions and support our growing team.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with the business owners, department heads, and external accountants to manage the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the company.

You’ll have the opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility over time — this role would suit a skilled bookkeeper who’s looking to further their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Banking, reconciliations, and cash flow management

Financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting

BAS, Payroll, PAYG and Superannuation

Liaising with external accountants and consultants

Supporting general administrative and office functions

About You

You’re a detail-oriented professional with a high level of integrity who enjoys working in a collaborative, hands-on, team environment. You take pride in accuracy and clear communication, and you’re comfortable managing multiple priorities in a small business setting.

To be successful you’ll have:

Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (or equivalent)

5 years experience in bookkeeping or finance roles

Experience with Xero, Excel, Word, and ideally Amwin and EasyCars

Strong attention to detail and time management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A positive attitude and team-focused mindset

A passion or genuine interest in the automotive industry will be highly regarded
