We are currently looking for a dynamic colleague to fill the position of

SERVICE ENGINEER & LOGISTIC ASSISTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Repair & troubleshooting; Diagnose and resolve technical issues, identify faults, and repair or replace components to minimize downtime for customers

Provide on-site or remote technical assistance and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, maintenance activities, and customer interactions.

Install, configure, and integrate equipment at customer locations and sales events.

Build strong relationships with customers, act as a focal point for technical issues, and follow up to ensure solutions are successful.

Conduct safety checks on equipment and ensure operations comply with safety and operational standards.

Complying with safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment

Maintaining a clean and tidy work area

Out of box functional testing of medical devices

Providing support to sales staff setting up conferences and sales functions

Logistic assistant duties and responsibilities typical duties include:

Picking and packing orders, which involves collecting products and getting them ready for dispatch

checking incoming goods against invoices and inspecting them to ensure they are free of damage

Unloading delivery trucks and unpacking the contents of packages

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Tertiary, technical or trade qualification in an Electronics and or Electrical discipline

Prior experience in service and maintaining of medical equipment is a advantage;

Ability to work independently;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Proficient use of office computer software;
