Chromagen Australia, a proud supplier and installer of energy efficient home products, is looking for a candidate for a full-time service role in Dingley Village. This position provides a great opportunity to get involved in an exciting team.
We require the skills and knowledge of a customer service administrator and qualified scheduler who can apply the following:
Taking incoming phone calls
Making outbound calls when required
Scheduling internal trades & contracted sub-contractors over metro/regional areas
Respond to customer enquiries
Liaise with external trades, builders & home owners
Record accurate data within SAP (knowledge of SAP will be highly regarded)
Minimum 1 year experience within an administration role
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, including Outlook
Accuracy & attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication & verbal skills
Australian drivers licence is mandatory
Enjoy working within a close knit team
Working hours: 8:30AM - 5:00PM (Monday - Friday)
Please note, must have a minimum of one year office working experience and a valid driver’s licence.
