WAREHOUSE & FLEET SUPERVISOR

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Warehouse & Fleet Supervisor to take charge of two critical areas in our fast-paced removals and storage operation:

1. Keeping our fleet moving and

2. Running a tight warehouse ship.

Fleet Management Responsibilities

Take ownership of our national fleet of trucks, vans, utes, forklifts, sweepers, and machinery:

- Oversee servicing schedules, maintenance plans, and compliance records

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and roadworthiness

- Coordinate repairs and liaise with external service providers

- Maintain accurate logs for registration, servicing, and NHVAS/CoR compliance

- Monitor asset movements between sites and manage refurbishment or disposal of under-utilised vehicles

Warehouse Supervision Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day operations at our Wolli Creek warehouse:

- Supervise loading/unloading, inventory control, and storage organisation

- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment

- Motivate and support a small, capable team

- Coordinate with removals crews for seamless job execution

- Track and manage container and box module inventory across sites

- Ensure all storage assets are fit for purpose and structurally sound

What You’ll Bring

- At least 12 months experience in warehousing, logistics, or fleet operations (supervisory experience a plus)

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset

- Forklift licence (required); HR licence (preferred)

- Solid admin skills and attention to detail

- WHS awareness and familiarity with compliance frameworks (NHVAS, Chain of Responsibility)

- A proactive attitude and cool head under pressure

- Strong communication and leadership skills
