About the role
As our Provider Relationship Manager (Procurement), you’ll lead strategic and operational relationships with our network of service providers. You’ll ensure high-quality, person-centred, and compliant services for older people and people with disability—driving outcomes under the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Quality Standards. If you have a background in procurement, contract management, or provider oversight in community, health, or similar sectors—and can demonstrate how you learn and apply new standards and legislation—we want to hear from you.
What Does a Day in the Life Look Like?
Source providers to deliver high quality services for our clients and meet strategic objectives
Engage with providers, support them through change, help them to adapt to new standards, deliver onboarding, training and guidance and foster strong relationships
Lead a provider forum to share best practices, give feedback and support continuous improvement
Collaborate with teams – coordinate with participant care teams, quality, intake, and clinical teams to align on provider management and ensure continuity for clients
Work with colleagues to review a provider’s onboarding documents, ensuring compliance with new sector reforms
Monitor performance as part of a spot audit, analyse service data and consumer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive quality and innovation
Promote quality and safety – ensure issues, hazards, or complaints are addressed promptly and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare reports for senior management, highlighting provider performance and risk mitigation strategie
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years’ experience in procurement, contract management, community partnerships, or provider oversight (aged care experience welcome but not essential)
Proven ability to review services against KPIs and deliver governance reports
Strong understanding of aged care compliance, quality standards, and sector regulations (or ability to quickly learn and apply them)
Experience supporting change, sector reforms, and continuous improvement in regulated environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster collaborative internal and external relationships and work towards common goals
Strong self-management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
Desirable:
Qualifications in Community Services, Procurement, Business, or similar

Permanent full-time position (76 hours per fortnight)
