About Your New Role

This is a full-time position where you'll be providing guidance to Support Workers within Logan, Ipswich and Metro's Complex Community Access and Supported Independent Living services. Emphasising a recovery-oriented and strengths-based approach, you'll foster collaboration with stakeholders and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations that focus on client centric service delivery goals using evidence-based practices.
• Support complex needs and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans and Restrictive Practice framework in line with legislation.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive service improvements with subject matter experts to find a solution-focused person-centred approach.
• Managing costs and maintaining budgets, ensuring the resourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and quality management meets our clients’ needs.
• Promote growth through flexible, client-focused solutions and effective referrals.
