Receptionist – Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Elysium Skin Centre is a leading cosmetic and skin health clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and outstanding treatment outcomes in a calm, welcoming environment. We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday).

About the Role

This front-of-house role is pivotal to the smooth running of our clinic. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, managing bookings, enquiries, and daily administrative tasks with warmth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming patients and ensuring a professional and friendly first impression

Managing phone and email enquiries and scheduling appointments

Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

Supporting clinical staff with day-to-day administrative needs

Maintaining the presentation and flow of the reception and waiting areas

About You

You are well-presented, articulate, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service. You thrive in a professional environment and enjoy building positive relationships with both patients and colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous reception experience (medical or cosmetic experience an advantage, but not essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

Competence with computer-based booking systems and Microsoft Office

A calm, polished manner and genuine passion for patient care
