At Alantin Services, we put our customers at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding service experience.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or a contact centre environment, who thrives on problem-solving, clear communication, and creating positive outcomes for customers.

What you’ll be doing:

Handling 30+ inbound customer calls and emails daily, providing friendly, professional, and solution-focused support.

Entering and managing customer details through an internal program ( training provided.

Communicating with customers and manufactures to resolve enquiries promptly and effectively.

Ensuring every interaction reflects a customer-first mindset, leaving a positive impression.

Performing general customer service and administrative duties as required.

What we’re looking for:

Excellent communication skills – clear, articulate English and an engaging phone manner.

Proven experience in customer service or contact Centre roles (1-2 years preferred).

Confidence in handling customer enquiries, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and use initiative.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

A genuine passion for service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Ability to work independently.
