The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio of 200+ properties.
You’ll be joining a friendly, experienced team that works hard, celebrates success, and values work-life balance.

This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy, stability, and support, with all the tools you need to excel.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing a clean, organised portfolio of 200+ properties
  • Handling tenant & landlord communication with care and professionalism
  • Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections
  • Managing arrears, rent reviews, and lease renewals
  • Preparing for and attending tribunal hearings when required
  • Lodging insurance claims and maintaining compliance
  • Participating in regular training and development sessions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Class 2 Real Estate Licence (essential)
  • Experience managing approx. 200 properties
  • Strong knowledge of NSW legislation & PM systems
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable car
  • Excellent communication, organisation & time management
  • Polished presentation and a proactive, solutions-driven attitude
