As Team Leader Client Services Manager, you’ll oversee a capable and motivated team across Sydney and Brisbane. Your focus will be on optimising workflows, mentoring staff, and maintaining the highest standards of client service and operational excellence.
Working closely with senior management and advisers, you’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement and shaping the next phase of the firm’s growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Service professionals (CSMs, CSOs, CSAs)
Manage workflow, task allocation, and service delivery standards
Manage a small case load of 40 Clients.
Refine and document operational processes to improve efficiency and consistency
Support compliance, reporting, and documentation requirements
Partner with advisers to ensure seamless client meetings and exceptional service delivery
Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
About You
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a CSM
Experience as a leader is a bonus
Strong background in financial planning is a must
Excellent organisational and communication skills with a client-first approach
Proficient in Xplan, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to coach and empower teams to perform at their best
