The Role:

• Manage a well-maintained, high end portfolio of only 160 properties
• Office-based role focused on landlord and tenant care
• Handle NCAT matters when required
• No leasing, no routine inspections, and no accounts work – allowing you to focus on client relationships and portfolio performance

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in end-to-end portfolio management
• A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Confident communication skills and a professional approach
• Leadership qualities will be highly regarded for senior applicants
