The Role:
Working predominantly Monday - Friday, this is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a local based portfolio with minimal fuss! With a fully qualified Leasing Consultant and Administrator to support, you will be required to:

• Manage a portfolio of 160 properties all based in the same suburb!
• Maintaining relationships with landlords/owners
• Conducting repairs and maintenance
• Rental arrears management
• Manage a Leasing Consultant
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required

The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management experience is essential
• A current Certificate of Registration/ Real Estate License & Driver’s License/Car
• Stable tenure and great references
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
