Who You Are

You're a capable HR practitioner who understands APS workplace conditions, can interpret legislation confidently, and write clear, fit-for-purpose policies. You’re comfortable advising senior stakeholders and skilled at turning complexity into clarity.

Key Duties

Interpret and apply the Enterprise Agreement, legislation and people policies

Draft, review, and implement HR policies and procedures

Provide trusted advice on performance, conduct, and employment matters

Drive business process improvements and policy reform

Manage stakeholder relationships across internal and external networks

Support delivery of HR projects and strategic planning activities
