Role Requirements:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end, high-volume payroll
• Experience managing and leading a payroll team
• Strong systems knowledge – ideally SAP, Workday or ADP
• Sound understanding of Australian payroll legislation, superannuation and awards
• Excellent attention to detail with a process improvement mindset
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and process the full payroll function accurately and on time
• Lead and mentor a payroll team, ensuring smooth operations and development
• Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and reporting requirements
• Partner with HR and Finance to maintain data integrity across systems
• Drive payroll efficiencies and process improvements
• Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries and audits
