- Liaise with Finance, People & Culture, and external bodies (ATO, Services Australia, Super Funds)
- Drive accuracy, timeliness, and best practice across payroll operations
About You
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll for large, complex organisations (1,000+ staff)
- Aurion system expertise is essential – you’ll be the SME on-site
- Experience leading or mentoring a payroll team
- Strong knowledge of EA, Awards, Fair Work, Taxation, and Superannuation legislation
- High attention to detail and strong Excel/reporting skills
- Comfortable working in a busy environment with firm deadlines
- Professional, approachable, and collaborative – a strong communicator who builds trust quickly

- Able to provide photo ID, two professional references, and pass a police check
- Must sign a confidentiality agreement prior to starting
- Smart casual dress code, office-based role (2-3 days onsite)
