We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to take ownership of the company’s fortnightly payroll function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for employees across Australia.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our outsourced payroll partner and internal managers to process and reconcile payroll, respond to employee queries, and manage superannuation, WorkCover, and statutory reporting. You’ll also play a key role in improving payroll processes and ensuring compliance with Fair Work and relevant awards.
What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll
• Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act, NES, and modern awards
• Experience managing complex terminations, back pay, and salary adjustments
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Confidence working with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
