We’re entering an exciting growth phase and are now looking for an experienced, strategic, and driven General Manager to help unlock the next chapter — expanding aggressively into large commercial projects.

About the Role
As General Manager, you will take full operational and strategic responsibility for the business. You’ll lead a skilled team, streamline systems, oversee financial performance, and build strong relationships with clients and contractors to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations, project delivery, and performance of multiple sites

Develop and execute strategic growth plans focused on commercial expansion

Manage budgets, forecasting, and KPI performance

Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team culture

Strengthen relationships with key clients, builders, and developers

Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards across all projects

About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction management or general management

Proven background in commercial waterproofing or a related construction field

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Sound financial acumen and understanding of project delivery

Ability to drive growth and lead business development initiatives
