The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our professional and caring team.

This is a key role within our growing clinic, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent patient care, and efficient administrative support.

The position is based at Sippy Downs

We are offering up to $32 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up coordination

Greet patients and visitors, and handle calls and enquiries with warmth and professionalism

Process Medicare billing and payments

Liaise with doctors, nurses, and allied health teams to ensure seamless clinic operations

Assist with correspondence, reporting, and general administrative support

Oversee office tasks such as stock control, data entry, and filing

Contribute to improving workflow and patient experience

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in medical reception, administration, or practice management

Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

Ability to work independently while supporting a busy clinical team

Role Details

Full-time or part time casual role

Monday to Friday between 7:45am – 6:15pm (occasional extended hours or weekend shifts may apply)
