Casual Medical Receptionist – Whites Hill Family Medical Centre

Location: Camp Hill

Hours: Casual (8-12 hrs/wk) - starting January 2026

Whites Hill Family Medical is a friendly, community-focused GP clinic looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic casual medical receptionist to join our team.

About the role:

· Greeting patients and managing appointments

· Answering phones and emails

· Processing billing and Medicare claims

· Supporting doctors and nurses with admin tasks

About you:

· Friendly, reliable and professional

· Strong communication and computer skills

· Experience with medical reception or Pracsoft/Medical Director software (advantageous)

· Available for flexible workday shifts
