About the role

We are seeking talented Chef de Partie, capable of working with large volume operations. Must have weekend availability & current reference check available upon request.

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes

Maintain food safety and hygiene practices

Working in a team environment

Contribute to a positive and productive kitchen environment

Live in the Greater Sydney area

What we're looking for

✔ Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie

✔ Proven ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✔ Flexibility to work casual hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

✔ Current Food Handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
