About the role

Ezra restaurant is gearing up for a busy summer season and we're seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a casual basis.

Ezra is a 65-seat Middle Eastern Mediterranean restaurant in Potts Point, just 2 minutes from Kings Cross Station.

What we offer:

$32/hr Mon-Fri, $39/hr Sat-Sun, $65/hr Public Holidays

Flexible roster (available shifts during our opening hours including weeknights and weekends)

3-7 shifts per week

What we're looking for:

At least 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar high-quality restaurant environment

A passion for creating innovative, flavourful dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients

Strong knife skills and a keen eye for plating and presentation

A team-oriented approach and the ability to work well under pressure
