About the role

Chachii' is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team in our restaurant located in Alexandria, NSW. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and passionate chef to contribute to the success of our acclaimed establishment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing high-quality, innovative dishes according to our menu and recipes

Maintaining strict standards of food safety and hygiene

Assisting the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and staff

Collaborating with the team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones

Ensuring efficient and organised workflow in the kitchen

Providing exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for our guests

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Passion for using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create delicious and visually appealing dishes

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Food safety and hygiene certification

Must hold a Food Handler Certificate

Australian work rights are required for this position
