What You’ll Do:

Prepare, cook and present food to a high standard

Take charge of a kitchen section during service

Maintain pace and focus in a high-volume environment

Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times

Support junior team members and collaborate with senior chefs

Contribute to a positive team culture with clear communication and reliability

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred but not essential)

A strong work ethic and the ability to work at pace

A genuine interest in food and willingness to learn

Availability to work weekends, nights, and public holidays

A team player with a can-do attitude and good communication skills
