About the Role:
Working Monday to Friday, this role is perfect for a Property Manager ready to take their career to the next level. You will manage a high-quality, local portfolio in excellent condition, with responsibilities including:

• Building strong relationships with tenants and landlords.
• Conducting incoming, outgoing, and routine inspections.
• Overseeing repairs and maintenance management.
• Managing arrears and ensuring prompt payments.
• Collaborating with a Leasing Consultant + Junior Property Manager for added support.

About You:

• Proven experience in Property Management.
• A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
• A valid driver’s license and their own reliable car.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• A strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act.
