They are now seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their tight-knit, supportive team. This is an opportunity to step into a well-structured office with streamlined systems, clear procedures, and strong support.

The Role:
Working Monday to Friday, you’ll report directly to a highly regarded Director who offers ongoing support and guidance. With a Property Officer and Administrator assisting you, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a neat and tidy portfolio of 180 properties
  • Maintaining strong communication with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating and overseeing repairs and maintenance
  • Managing and conducting routine inspections
  • Handling rent reviews and attending tribunal hearings when required
  • No accounts, no leasing, and no weekends!

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in Property Management
  • A current Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License and driver’s license
  • Highly professional presentation and communication skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Positive, proactive, and focused on delivering an exceptional client experience
