The Role:
Working Monday to Friday, you’ll report directly to a highly regarded Director who offers ongoing support and guidance. With a Property Officer and Administrator assisting you, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a neat and tidy portfolio of 180 properties
- Maintaining strong communication with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating and overseeing repairs and maintenance
- Managing and conducting routine inspections
- Handling rent reviews and attending tribunal hearings when required
- No accounts, no leasing, and no weekends!
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in Property Management
- A current Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License and driver’s license
- Highly professional presentation and communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Positive, proactive, and focused on delivering an exceptional client experience
