Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a residential property portfolio with full support
• Work closely with senior staff to deliver exceptional service and results
• Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants

• Handle tenant communications and maintenance requests professionally
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and agency standards

About You:

• Hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Previous experience in property management
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills with a professional and polished presence
• A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for real estate
