Assistant Venue Manager - Commune Group

The Commune Group (Tokyo Tina, Hanoi Hannah, Moonhouse, Firebird, New Quarter, Studio Amaro) is looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to support the day-to-day operations of one of our iconic venues. The role

As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll work closely with the Venue Manager, Head Chef and Operations team to ensure smooth daily service and help drive a positive, high-performing team culture. You’ll be hands-on, proactive, and ready to step up when needed.

What you’ll do:

Support the Venue Manager in daily operations

Help lead the FOH team with energy and professionalism

Contribute to staff training and development

Maintain high standards of service and guest experience

Assist with stock control, rostering and venue administration

What we’re looking for:

1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role

Passionate about hospitality, people, and great service

Positive, solutions-focused and ready to learn

Strong communication and organisational skills
