Fleetmotive is seeking a proactive Parts Interpreter to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail. On the job training is provided and will suit both an entry level or experienced applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and availability of parts for customer quotes.

Answer phone calls and assist with service bookings for the workshop.

Carry out weekly stocktakes and process orders as required.

Utilize our automated systems to follow generated reports and complete required tasks efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers and customers.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

Basic computer skills; experience with inventory or quoting systems is an advantage.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a service or parts role (preferred but not essential).
