We currently have the position of “Parts Interpreter / Counter Sales” available in our Dubbo NSW branch.

Requirements:

Open or P’s Driver’s License

Forklift (high risk work) License is a benefit however not essential upon starting

Interest or experience in parts interpreting, sales and or customer service

A great work attitude with self-respect and motivation

Confident in computer focused work including reading and writing skills

Understand and follow OH&S Policies and Procedures

Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

This is an essential role within our Worthington Ag Parts business. You will be the face of our company daily assisting farmers, contractors, and OEM dealers in store, over the phone or via email with their spare parts inquiries from used salvage to quality aftermarket and rebuilt parts.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to,

• Daily counter, phone and email parts inquiries and sales

• Responsibility in stock control and participating in three annual stocktakes

• Building professional relationships with customers and dealerships

• Accountable for counter and showroom cleanliness

• Backing up other areas of the business as required and as practical to do so
