Warranty & Parts Coordinator – Australian-Made Adventure Brand

Cub Campers is proudly Australian-made and family-owned, with over 57 years of innovation in the caravan and camper trailer industry. We’re looking for a motivated and organised Warranty & Parts Coordinator to join our North Rocks team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll manage warranty claims, coordinate parts, and support our service team to deliver an exceptional after-sales experience for our customers and dealers nationwide.

You’ll be the link between customers, dealers, suppliers, and our production team — ensuring claims are handled efficiently, parts are tracked accurately, and Cub’s reputation for quality and service excellence continues to grow.

What you’ll do:

Manage and process warranty claims from customers and dealers

Source parts and technical information across suppliers and production

Track warranty costs, trends, and repair outcomes

Prepare customer and dealer quotes for parts and service work

Support technicians with part identification and availability

Communicate claim progress and outcomes with customers and dealers

Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records

Report on warranty performance and support continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

Experience in warranty, service coordination, or parts interpretation (automotive, caravan, or marine industry preferred)

Strong organisational and communication skills

ERP/CRM system experience (MYOB Acumatica or similar)

Mechanical or electrical product understanding

A proactive, customer-focused approach with attention to detail
