What’s the Role?

We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our operations team. This role sits at the center of our workshop, coordinating builds, materials, and schedules to keep projects running smoothly from planning through to delivery.

You’ll be responsible for:

Coordinating daily production activities across fabrication, assembly, and electrical teams

Preparing and maintaining job schedules, priorities, and progress updates

Working with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings, parts, and materials are ready before production starts

Assisting with procurement, job cards, and workflow documentation

Supporting QA checks, dispatch planning, and project handovers

Identifying bottlenecks and working with supervisors to keep delivery timelines on track

This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll have visibility across the full production cycle. You’ll be working closely with the workshop and operations teams to ensure jobs are executed efficiently and safely.

What We’re Looking For

Experience coordinating production or workshop activities in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator who can liaise across engineering, procurement, and operations teams

Practical understanding of fabrication, assembly, and installation workflows

Proactive mindset—able to spot issues before they become problems
