Based in Truganina, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic team player with an eye for detail to join our customer service team offering our clients fantastic customer service.

The duties for this role will include:

Answering incoming phone calls.

Customer service inbox management

Assist in solving weighbridge issues and helping drivers onsite

Weekly/Monthly reports

Accurately entering data into industry specific software platforms (Wastedge).

Completing all dockets and inputting into Wastedge where necessary

Enter and action contaminations reports.

Supporting the Customer Service and Sales team.

Filing and scanning.

Excellent customer service.

The successful applicant will have previous experience in attention to detail, dynamic workplace as well as:

Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders using well developed written and verbal communication

Minimum 2 year in similar role, preferred but not essential.

Be prepared to 'get your hands dirty' obtaining the information you need for your role.

Have good attention to detail whilst maintaining quality.

High level problem solving capabilities.

Be able to prioritise and time manage.

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Knowledge of the recycling industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
