iSPECT Building Inspections is a national inspection franchise operation seeking a Customer Service & Administration person.
The full time role is based at our Port Melbourne head office and combines customer service and administrative duties with sales.
The gross salary for the role is $64,960 per year.
Customer Service Tasks:
Respond to incoming Phone Calls, Emails, SMS and Live Chats from clients, and convert enquiries into building inspection bookings, utilising the iSPECT booking system;
Support franchisees with scheduling and logistics of each inspection;
Provide written quotes for commercial inspection services;
Support franchisee quality delivery of on time inspection reports to clients.
Assist the franchisee to establish and maintain local referral programs;
Monitor individual franchisee marketing budgets;
Assist the franchisees with income growth;
Support the onboarding new franchisees.
Skills Required:
Experience working in a services role, providing great customer service with attention to detail, maintaining company standards;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchisee's;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
