The Role

This is a Sales and Business Development Role where your focus lies on targeting New Customers. The role is fully autonomous with your time split between working from home and on the road seeing customers, so ideal for an experienced sales professional.

The product you will sell is specialised Design and Engineering 3D Software upon which full training will be provided.

Your role is to prospect, target and close a wide variety of customers across Mining, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive, Engineering or Government sectors, etc. There is no limit on the type of customers you could target - you decide. If they would like to manufacture an idea – they will benefit from our software.

The main territory is Perth with some occasional regional travel (full travel expenses covered)

About You

Proven Sales Experience in a Hunter Role where you have targeted & successful won New Business. This is not an account management position and we are seeking “true hunters” who love the thrill of winning new business.

Prior experience selling Software. Experience in CAD, Drafting, Mechanical Design, Engineering, 3D Design or Similar Software is ideal but not essential. If you have experience selling other Design Software or Platforms or are comfortable enough with tech to demonstrate the value of this software to the target customer base, then you are encouraged to apply!

Experience selling to Mining, Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial or Government sectors

Prior experience in AEC industry beneficial

Engineering or Manufacturing Industry Experience

Sales Closing & Prospecting Skills

Proficient in Software and CRM use

Excellent Customer Rapport and Relationship Building Skills

Salary

On offer is a Competitive Salary made up of Base, Uncapped Commission and Car Allowance

$150,000 - $170,000+ per year OTE with potential to earn more.
