Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will manage all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and control, while partnering closely with operations and commercial teams to drive performance. You will lead a small team and play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives.

Description

• Oversee daily finance operations and month-end close
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Partner with operations and commercial teams to support decision-making
• Provide financial modelling for pricing, cost-saving initiatives, and strategic projects
• Mentor and develop finance team members

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance with CA or CPA qualification
• Strong technical accounting and financial management skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage a high performing team
• Commercial mindset with strong business partnering skills
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
