An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our team. Opportunity to advance in the short term for the right candidate.

This is a full-time permanent role with an attractive salary package; base, commissions, and access to a company vehicle and fuel card.

Opportunity to earn up to $140,000 per annum depending on level of experience, performance and commissions.

How you will make an impact:

• Engaging with customers and building a positive rapport
• Handling customer matters relating to service bookings and enquiries
• Checking in vehicles for service and noting any customer concerns/issues
• Estimating costs associated with jobs and determining completion time
• Proactive communication with the customer to keep them updated on the status of their vehicle
• Obtaining approval from the customer if their vehicle requires additional work

What you'll bring:

• Previous service advising experience
• Current manual drivers license
• Ability to build rapport with a diverse client base
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Experience with Tune DMS desirable however not essential
