Qualifications & experience

Related Qualification in Culinary field

Must have relevant 2 years work experience in High paced environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

Monitoring quality of dishes, preparation and presentation

Discussing food preparation issues with Head chef, kitchen and waiting staff

Ordering of Stock

Have the interest in quality produce and menu ideas.

Be fast, efficient and work able to work well under pressure

Have effective communication skills Work within the requirements of food safety, food handling as required
