About the Role:

The Bottleshop Manager will lead daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences, effective stock management, and motivated teams. Responsibilities include stock ordering, promotions, supplier liaison, regular stocktaking, and actively contributing to the delivery of the group's strategy. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where leadership and commercial acumen are essential.

Your Skills and Experience:

Proven experience managing a retail liquor or similar operation

Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams

Self-driven, resilient, and adaptable with the ability to lead through change

Strong commercial acumen, stock management, and customer engagement

Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) and a curiosity to learn and grow
