Our Country Hotel in Moura is seeking an experienced Hospitality / Hotel Duty Manager to be Hands on and to drive Customer Service and Hotel revenue.

Reporting direct to the Venue Manager on all matters, the successful candidate will be required to Trouble Shoot all areas, Management of Hotel shifts, Uphold and adhere to all Liquor Licence requirements, Serve Customers and Supervise Staff, promote Strategies across all Hotel departments.

Successful applicants will have demonstrated -:

Leadership Skills and Good Communication Skills

Experience in Hotel Operations with the ability to manage Bar, Bottleshop, Gaming & Food facilitates

Current RSA, RSG and RMLV (or willing to complete RMLV course) & Approved Managers Licence

Experience with Staff Management

Experience with handling Gaming Machines

Ability to use a computerised POS system

Great Personality and People person

Have a strong Customer focus

Great with Promotions

Strong Knowledge of the Liquor Act

Organises and controls the operations of a hotel or motel to provide guest accommodation, meals and other services. Registration or licensing will be required.

Tasks include:-

directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities

supervising security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance

planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function and conference activities

observing liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations

assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction

overseeing accounting and purchasing activities

ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

may provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation
