Key Responsibilities and The Role:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar management role

Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front

Extensive restaurant experience, including managing bookings systems for large volumes of guests

Drive financial performance, including spend per head optimization and cost management

Proven ability to work in a high-volume bar

Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience

Proven success in a restaurant or Events operations for high volume Venue

High level of presentation and a keen eye for detail

Current RSA, RMLV & Approved Managers license
