As they continue to grow, they’re seeking a Service Delivery Manager to ensure their IT services are delivered to the highest standard.
About the Role
As Volo Digital's Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be the linchpin ensuring the consistent, high-quality delivery of IT support, application support, and software development services. You’ll work closely with clients, technical teams, and senior leaders to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and outstanding client satisfaction.
Volo Digital work exclusively on-site and this is not a hybrid role. They believe fully in working together every day, with some flexibility to consider working from home one day per week.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of IT and application support, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
- Develop and refine delivery processes and standards for quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance on solution design, incident resolution, and service improvement initiatives.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, managing escalations and feedback.
- Coordinate delivery teams, manage projects, and oversee team workload.
- Collaborate with marketing and learning & development teams to support integrated service delivery and business growth.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in a service delivery or technical operations role (ideally in a modern SaaS environment).
- Experience in IT support, cyber security, application support, and software delivery.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or similar frameworks for service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate multi-disciplinary teams and build rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to service issues.
- Commitment to confidentiality, data protection, and delivering value to clients.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (desirable).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Agile, project management) are an advantage.
