About the Organisation: This rapidly growing FMCG manufacturer delivers innovative products and solutions to the construction industry. Fostering a culture of excellence and success, this company is looking for an junior - intermediate accountant for a 6 month contract engagement who is passionate about systems and process improvement to drive a much needed campaign in order to up-level the customer pricing, quoting and back-end data management. Reporting into the CFO, this role will be working autonomously to bring a solutions-focused approach to data integrity and up-keep among other things.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive data cleansing across product ranges whilst validating units of measure, supplier details, and pricing accuracy
• Manage the administration of pricing documentation whilst ensuring customers receive clear, professional and accurate pricing formats (Excel/PDF)
• Deliver sales and operational output through system support and services (ad hoc and periodic);
• Map and optimize end to end processes, ensuring alignment with Sales and Inventory team;
• Document and embed new business processes aligned with best practices for the ERP system
• Build complex and predictive financial and operational models
• Create and maintain customer pricing in conjunction with real-time market data
• Monitor and report on critical KPIs, contributing insights to business performance reviews
• Utilise SAPB1 and other financial systems to support pricing decisions and ensure backend data integrity.
• Support ongoing system improvements and automation initiatives to streamline pricing and margin analysis processes.

Experience and Skillset:

• Strong SAP Business One data experience (must)
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Phocas, Tableau, etc)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, architecture, reporting and analytics
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence or reporting roles.
