They're currently embracing a period of growth and change following a recent acquisition, and this role sits at the heart of that transition, helping the business move confidently into its next chapter.

About the Role

This role is absolutely critical to keeping the financial heartbeat of the business strong during a period of major change.

With no current accounting software in place, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring all financial data is accurate, complete, and correctly allocated. You'll be managing and reviewing around 15,000 transactions each week, ensuring every entry is correctly characterised, coded, and reconciled.

You'll work closely with a supportive, down-to-earth team who value collaboration, celebrate success, and get things done. This is a short-term contract with the potential to extend based on workload and performance.

About You

• You're a qualified CA or CPA (or equivalent) with strong technical accounting knowledge.
• You have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - nothing gets past you.
• You know how to characterise transactions properly and ensure data integrity.
• You thrive in fast-moving, changing environments and can hit the ground running.
• You're collaborative, proactive, and take pride in delivering clean, reliable financial information.
