Role & Duties

• Building relationships with existing referral network
• Identify and secure new business leads
• Liaising with prospective clients
• Preparing initial comparative market analysis
• Viewing and appraising property for rent
• Ensuring new management handovers to the property management team are compliant and prepared for leasing
• Converting hot leads from the sales team into managements

About You

We are seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Perth property market, a proven track record in business development, and strong skills in lead generation and conversion.

• WA Real Estate Registration
• Valid drivers licence & vehicle
• Industry experience - a must
• In depth understanding of the Perth property market
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Corporate presentation & excellent communication skills
• Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
