Project & Role Details:
Our client is seeking an experience site supervisor to lead operations on a key project based in Yanchep, where you will be responsible for the daily operations of works, ensuring project milestones are met safely, efficiently and within specifications. This includes overseeing earthworks, drainage, pavements, and road construction, whilst maintaining strong communication between crews, subcontractors, and the project management team.

Successful Candidates will have the following:

• Proven experience supervising civil or subdivision projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
• Understanding of Earthworks, Drainage, and Road Construction
• Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Current White Card and drivers licence.

• Salary ranging between $140k - $160k + Superannuation + Vehicle depending on experience.
