Sustainable Infrastructure System (SIS) is a Adelaide headquartered, advanced manufacturer of innovative FRP [Fibre Reinforced Polymer] bridges and panels for the civil infrastructure sector. We work on a diverse range of projects and are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Finance & Administration Manager to join our team in Adelaide.

The Finance & Administration Manager is expected to drive best practices in finance, administration, HR, operations, procurement and logistics management. They are the crucial go-to person and support for the Managing Director and will assist and drive the growth of the business by ensuring operations, finance and business practices support the goals of the company.

THE ROLE: Financial and Administration Tasks Include:

Maintain full company financial accounts using Xero.

Prepare budgets in consultation with the Managing Director.

Prepare financial reports for the Managing Director, projects and board.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Act as key contact point with accountants, suppliers, ATO and customs.

Fortnightly Payroll

Develop and improve administrative procedures.

Manage company IT / email accounts

Prepare and proofread internal documents.

Manage company stocktake & materials procurement.

Manage all contracts, and interactions with IT and other commercial office suppliers.

Oversee international and domestic Freight management and logistics.

HR - Write and post job advertisements for new positions.

HR - Undertake the recruitment process with the Managing Director.

HR - Management of job contracts, position descriptions, and new employee forms.

HR - Employee reviews – 12 monthly review meetings with the Managing Director.
