The Role

This is a hands-on role, where the Finance Manager will drive both financial performance and strategic decision making across the organisation. This is a high impact role, balancing operational oversight with forward looking financial leadership. You will play a key role in supporting business expansion, optimising systems, and building the financial foundation for long term success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support growth and expansion initiatives.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management aligned to strategic objectives.

Deliver timely financial reports and insights to directors and the leadership team.

Ensure compliance with NDIS pricing arrangements, claims, and audit requirements.

Enhance financial systems, processes, and controls to support scalability.

Identify opportunities for improved efficiency, margin optimisation, and sustainable growth.

Manage payroll, accounts, and month end close while driving process improvement.

Build and mentor a capable administrative team to support organisational growth.

Engage with external auditors, accountants, and stakeholders to strengthen governance.

About You

Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CPA/CA highly regarded).

Proven success in a senior finance role, ideally within health, disability, or related service sectors.

Strong experience in financial strategy, business modelling, and growth planning.

Knowledge of NDIS funding and compliance frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to partner with executive teams and influence strategic decisions.

A forward thinking leader with excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
