Position Overview
We are seeking an Operation Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and responsible individual who can assist with a wide range of operational tasks across different departments, including sales, technical support, customer service, logistics, and administration.
The ideal candidate will be organized, punctual, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operational tasks related to sales, logistics, and customer service.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.
Support the technical support team by managing tickets, tracking service progress, and maintaining customer records.
Help with order processing, shipment tracking, and freight coordination to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and review documentation such as quotations, order forms, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized records and assist in managing inventory, product dispatch, and warranty processes.
Provide administrative support to management and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Ensure punctuality and reliability in all assigned tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Reliable, responsible, and punctual with a strong sense of accountability.
Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital workflow systems.
Ability to multitask and work effectively within a small, dynamic team.
Prior experience in operations, logistics, or customer support is an advantage.
Work Environment
This is a full-time based in Greenacre, NSW. You will be working closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.
