About the role

As a Sales Representative (Mandarin Speaking) at Moneychain Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business development and growth within the organisation. This full-time position is based in Sydney, NSW and offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your exceptional sales skills and Mandarin language proficiency to expand the company's customer base.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and engage with potential customers, leveraging your Mandarin speaking abilities to build strong relationships and secure new business

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business

Provide exceptional pre-sales support, including conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals and negotiating contract terms

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities and inform the sales strategy

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline, providing regular progress reports to senior management

Continuously develop your sales skills and industry knowledge to stay ahead of the curve

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience

Financial Industry experience preferred but not essential

Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and negotiation skills

Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Exceptional customer service orientation, with the ability to understand and address client needs

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
