As our Food & Beverage Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing our products and brand experiences to life, from concept to customer. You’ll support the full lifecycle of our F&B operations, from product development and supplier coordination to in-store execution and performance insights. Acting as the vital link between the Merchandise and Operations teams, you’ll ensure every new product, material, and campaign is launched seamlessly and consistently across all stores.

This role calls for a highly organised communicator with analytical and coordination skills, ready to turn ideas into action and support the Regional Manager in driving excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Support product development by sourcing ingredients, coordinating suppliers, and managing material testing and approvals.

Evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, consistency, and cost efficiency.

Coordinate new product launches, brand campaigns, and visual updates across all stores.

Monitor in-store presentation, customer feedback, and staff execution, providing reports and recommendations.

Collaborate with Operations to enhance workflows, training, and communication for continuous improvement.

Act as a key link between Merchandise, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align on costs, supply, and brand execution.

Maintain clear communication on product changes, discontinued items, and upcoming launches.

Track sales, wastage, and campaign results, providing analytical insights to guide decisions and improve performance.

Support process optimization through maintaining databases, updating SOPs, and driving efficiency across teams.

Our ideal candidates will have:

Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is an essential requirement for this rol

2+ years’ experience in a coordination, operations, or administrative role within Food & Beverage, Retail or Hospitality

Demonstrated experience supporting product development, supplier coordination, or brand execution processes.

Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, or operations teams.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects or launches simultaneously, with attention to timelines and detail.

Exposure to data analysis, sales reporting or KPI tracking is highly desirable

Effective written and verbal communication, comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Collaborative mindset, with the ability to bridge departments and support end-to end project execution

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
